2015 Fisher Vineyard Coach Insignia
Winemaker Notes
The Coach Insignia honors the Fisher family's tradition of craftsmanship, first represented in fine automobiles of the 20th century with Body by Fisher and now in Fisher Vineyards' wines of the 21st century. The Coach Insignia Cabernet represents the pinnacle of their winemaking craft, comprised of the finest selected lots of Bordeaux varietals from their Napa Valley Estate. Located in the heart of Calistoga, these Estate vineyards are planted in well-drained alluvial, sedimentary soils alongside Simmons Canyon Creek, which flows west from the Calistoga Palisades to the Napa River.
2022 Kudos Chardonnay
Chardonnay from the Willamette Valley has this uncanny ability to combine the sweet opulence akin to California’s Napa Valley and the racy minerality of Burgundy-fame.
2021 Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon
Vivino 4.5
Grapes for this wine are farmed in a range of Napa’s sub-appellations – from Coombsville to Calistoga – with fruit from the valley floor creating lushness and the hillsides providing backbone. Diversification enables us to make the best possible wine in a given year, featuring layered, lush aromas and flavors, including cocoa, cassis and ripe berries.
2019 Dr. Konstantin Frank Semi Dry Riesling
Wine Advocate 90
Delicate at first then tropically ripe, brimming with apricot, nectarine and a touch of pineapple. Lemon citrus and acacia blossom balance the sweetness effortlessly. Pair with Middle Eastern, Moroccan, Thai, and Asian cuisines. Pairs well with spicy and aromatic ingredients like pepper, ginger, curry, sesame, and soy. Also great with Spicy BBQ and wings.
2019 Cypress Cabernet Sauvignon
Cabernet Sauvignon is deep ruby in color, with aromas of fresh raspberry and black plum that exude from the glass. This medium-body wine has a juicy black cherry fruit flavor with a plump mouthfeel and a soft persistent finish.
2021 JLohr Wildflower Valdigue
Wine Enthusiast 91
An enticing and little-known French grape has found its perfect New World home among Monterey’s coastal lupines and poppies. Chill a red? Yes! And pair it with just about anything. Now, you’re in the know... Served slightly chilled, displays inviting fresh raspberry, cranberry, and pomegranate aromas, with a bit of black pepper and hibiscus. Flavors of brambly, bright red berry with a touch of spice, mid-palate acidity, and a juicy, mouth-watering finish.
