TERMS & CONDITIONS for WINEHOURS Purchase & Related Activities.
1) I confirm that I am over 18 (eighteen) years old.
2) All prices subjected to change without prior notice.
3) These promotions cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
4) All sales will be fulfilled and invoiced from WINEHOURS Pte Ltd. Once the order has been accepted, no cancellation of that order is valid unless you receive our written communication permitting the cancelled order. If your order is not accepted, we will notify you via text or email and if applicable arrange for a full refund of any payment made by you to be processed.
5) We warrant that the wines purchased will be of satisfactory quality as set out in these terms. If you are a business customer, we confirm that we have made reasonable endeavors to ensure that the wines sold are of satisfactory quality. We do not warrant taste or drinkability of wines purchased as drinkability and taste are subjective judgements. We regret that given the nature of the wines we sell we do not provide refunds for corked and/or claims faulty wines. We do not accept liability for minor or inconsequential defects or imperfections.
6) We offer local delivery within Singapore for your convenience, with a variety of options to suit the different requirements of each customer. Your order will be delivered within 1-3 business days upon stock availability. Please note that Local Singapore Delivery is applicable for orders over $500 for B2B and local deliveries subject to local deliveries fee. Under special circumstances, customers may request for their purchases to be divided into several parcels. If you wish to request for specific delivery dates and/or times, please let us know when placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your time frame provided there are no delays caused by the courier company or local customs checks at the time of actual delivery. Delivery charges are separate from product costs and will be applied per trip basis. Unless otherwise specified, all orders under $500 will have a min flat shipping fee of S$30.
7) The Pre-arrival stocks order will have to be delivered or collected within 60 days from the date of sale confirmation, unless otherwise agreed.
8) The customer will be deemed to have accepted the goods as satisfying its order after receipt of delivery/collection and Customer sign-off on the delivery order, and thereafter will not be entitled be reject the goods for any reason
