2024 | Winamaker Notes
Like a symphony with the famous 12 musical notes developed around the 11th century by the monk Guido d'Arezzo, the wine presents aromatic flavors which evolve, just as music unfolds in harmony with time. The blend is 60% Merlot and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon. The soils are mainly clay and limestone on rocky slopes. The aromas and flavors are of blackberries, blackcurrant and slight touch of cedar wood. Excellent pair for different types of grilled meat.
