Champagne Blanc de Noirs from Maison DE VENOGE is the very first champagne sourced from black grapes, which is available from this great producer since 1988. This champagne is elaborated from first pressing, and is dominated by Pinot Noir (80%), and from Pinot Meunier for 20%. Following 4 to 5 years of cellar aging, this cuvée’s aromatic richness combines citrus, blackcurrant and anise aromas. Original, ample, powerful and fresh, its light vinosity perfectly matches white meats and foie gras.
